This Payment Policy explains pricing, payment authorization, security, taxes, and refunds for orders placed through Shalomwind.shop.

Currency

Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, prices and charges are presented and processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods displayed as available during checkout. Available methods can vary by device, order, location, or payment provider. A method is not accepted unless it appears as an option for the applicable checkout.

Authorization and Charges

Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to verify the payment details and authorize or capture the amount shown at checkout. An order is not confirmed solely because a payment attempt was submitted. We may contact you for reasonable verification or cancel an order when payment cannot be authorized.

Pricing, Delivery Charges, and Taxes

The item price, applicable sales tax, and any optional or product-specific delivery charge are shown during checkout when required. We do not add undisclosed charges after the customer submits the order. A clear pricing or listing error may result in cancellation and an appropriate refund.

Payment Security

Checkout payments are processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers using their security controls. Shalomwind does not store complete card numbers or security codes. No method of online transmission is completely risk-free, and customers should protect their devices and account credentials.

Fraud Prevention

We may review, hold, limit, or cancel an order when information is incomplete, payment is declined, or activity appears unauthorized or fraudulent. We may request reasonable verification. Do not send full card numbers or security codes by email.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless law requires otherwise. We generally submit an approved return refund within 14 business days after inspection. Refunds required because we cannot ship an order will be handled within the time required by applicable law. The payment provider or financial institution may need additional time to post the credit.
