These Terms & Conditions govern access to Shalomwind.shop and purchases from Shalomwind. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Store Information and Eligibility

Shalomwind.shop is an online retailer based in the United States. You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate information to place an order. If you use the site for another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to act for them.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, dimensions, photographs, availability, and specifications. Screen settings, glass type, indoor and outdoor lighting, viewing angle, climate, installation, and manufacturing tolerances can affect the appearance and performance of window film. Images may be illustrative. The information on the applicable product page controls over general marketing content.

3. Measurements, Compatibility, and Installation

You are responsible for measuring correctly, selecting a product suitable for the intended surface and use, and following the installation and care instructions. Before applying film, verify compatibility with the glass manufacturer or a qualified professional when the glass is tempered, laminated, tinted, coated, double-pane, Low-E, wired, cracked, damaged, or otherwise specialized. Unless separately agreed in writing, we sell products and do not provide installation services.

4. Privacy, Heat, UV, and Safety Claims

Privacy and reflective effects depend on relative lighting and may reverse or decrease at night. Heat and UV performance varies by product and conditions. Decorative or safety film is not a substitute for code-compliant safety glazing, security systems, curtains, blinds, or professional building advice unless a product is specifically certified and described for that purpose. Do not rely on film as a guarantee against breakage, injury, intrusion, or energy savings.

5. Automotive and Local-Law Compliance

Use film on a vehicle only when the product is identified for automotive use. The customer or installer is responsible for complying with all laws concerning tint darkness, reflectivity, restricted windows, inspections, permits, landlords, homeowners associations, leases, building codes, and property rules.

6. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may verify payment and information before acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, unavailable inventory, delivery restrictions, misuse, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.

7. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and optional charges are displayed before order submission. We may change future prices without notice. A price change does not affect an accepted order except to correct an obvious error before fulfillment. Promotions may have separate terms, dates, exclusions, and limits and cannot be combined unless stated.

8. Payment

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total shown at checkout. Payment is subject to authorization and fraud review. See our Payment Policy.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law and the carrier arrangement. See our Shipping Policy.

10. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Order cancellations are governed by our Order Cancellation Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible product defects may also be covered by our Warranty Policy.

11. Accounts and Communications

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree that transactional communications may be sent electronically. Marketing messages are optional where required by law, and you may unsubscribe from promotional email.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not use the site to:

• Break a law, infringe another person's rights, or facilitate fraud.
• Transmit malware, interfere with security, scrape the site in a harmful manner, or disrupt service.
• Submit false order, identity, payment, review, or return information.
• Resell, copy, or exploit site content in violation of intellectual-property rights.
• Harass our staff, suppliers, customers, or other users.

13. Intellectual Property

The site design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other content owned by Shalomwind or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, lawful shopping and may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

14. Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the store, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may remove content that violates these terms.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Third-party payment, carrier, social, or linked services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control.

16. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and general informational content are provided on an as-available basis. Product warranties are limited to those expressly stated on the product page or in our Warranty Policy. We do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shalomwind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by law. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Shalomwind against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

19. Events Outside Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, disaster, labor or transportation interruption, carrier failure, government action, power or internet outage, supply interruption, or similar events. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact.

20. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with proper jurisdiction in Florida may hear disputes, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

21. Severability and Waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

22. Changes

We may update these terms prospectively. The version posted when an order is placed generally applies to that order, except for changes required by law.
